  1. Today’s Gratitude List

    1. Sundays at Panera with hubby and friends

    2. Cooler weather, so we can open some windows and enjoy the fresh air–and lower electric bills.

    3. Central Florida Romance writers — yesterday’s meeting showed how much support they give to everyone regardless of where they are along writing’s path.

  3. I am thankful for the food we have to eat. At almost every meal we eat, we say a prayer of thanks for our food. Because we are trying to teach our Little Guy the prayer, we keep it simple, “Thank you, Jesus, for our food. Amen.” Now he says it with us, and I realize, I truly am grateful we have food to eat.

  5. Sunday’s Gratitude List

    1. For my mom’s email greeting each morning.

    2. A nice warm house and good sleep last night.

    3. For my many horse rescue friends who continue to make a difference.

  7. I am grateful for a Sabbath day when I can go to my church and worship God according to my beliefs, with my friends, without being hounded by someone in an authoritative position who doesn’t believe the way I do. Isn’t that, after all, one of the main reasons for the founding of our wonderful country?
I also am grateful for the beautiful weather we’re having. I hesitate to say it, but we really do need some rain in the Dallas area. (Hopefully we won’t get a flood now that I’ve mentioned it!)
I am grateful for the many, many birds we feed each day. Every morning they enundate our yard by the hundreds, and sometimes, it looks like we have a new and different paving design for a patio under the feeders, they are so thick! They are amazing and so much fun to watch, especially the blue jays diving for peanuts.

  9. I am grateful for the fact that there are people out there who have come through the fire without getting burned…

I am grateful to be ALIVE…

I am grateful for the my friends in the jungle (plotmnonkeys) and at Jack’s Bar because they help to keep me sane…

I am grateful for you Susan Wiggs, an other authors like you, for helping me up out of a quagmire of darkness…

  11. I am grateful for eye sight, Mother is blind w/gluocoma (everyone get your eyes checked for it, it is a silent thief).

I am grateful for my sister and niece who are visiting Mother in the nursing home today, giving me a break. Yesterday was not the greatest.

I am grateful I can do Mother’s laundry so she can still have that fresh scent of clean clothes washed at home..

  15. I am grateful that I have so many friends who were pleased to see me today after such a long time and that I could sit back and chat with them and catch up on each other lives.

I am grateful for all “Aunt K’s” kids who made us all proud at a special memorial service for Remembrance Day service today. From the oldest to the youngest, they were all respectful and reflective of the meaning of this day.

I am grateful that I can come home to a nice quiet house, put on the football game and read a good book.
