Three things I’m grateful for:
- a clear, starry November night
breakfast of champions - John Mccann’s oatmeal with fresh blueberries
- a long walk in the sunshine with a good friend

I am grateful that I am once again well enough to work in my office. It’s funny (in a pretty bad way) when you realize that your health had gone down the slippery slope to the point that you finally understand that you had been almost literally eye to eye with the slugs………..Thank heavens I am on the upside now…….I gladly went through boxes of paperwork from 5 years ago. I felt like it was looking at a time capsule – of our darkest time…….REAMS of hospital admission slips, lab slips, hippa slips, discharge slips (to explain, my husband was ill for two years before passing, then my artificial sweetener toxicity illness, plus the host of other things that have now mostly been resolved) Am I thankful ? Grateful ? Ecstatic ? YES to all of it !
I am grateful for my Bialetti Moka coffeemaker (thank you Susan – I never would have found these without your mention of them in one of your books !) Even if it is decaf I make with it 🙂
I am grateful for the sleep timer on my new little flatscreen television !!! It was an extravagant gift from my mother and my son, and I am SO enjoying it now !
And you are so right Susan, Google has made things so much easier on so many levels: like baling wire, er now hay tie, what did we do without it ?

Hmmmm. Grateful for good health, my lovely children and my muse that filled the recent plot hole when I thought it was hopeless! 🙂

I am grateful that my mother got good news at the Eye doctor today and that atibiotics will help her infection.
I am grateful that I did not have to go out today if I did not want to and stayed in my old bathrobe and slippers reading and watching the TV while the snow fell outside.
I am grateful that even though the satalite dish went out while watching Dancing with the Stars, it will hopefull come back so I can see it at a later time on a different channel. After all it is the final night!!!! Go Brooke and Derek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

I’m so grateful for friends who are generous with their cast-offs!1 A friend has a new computer and is giving me the old one, which is light years newer than the one I have, and will take me out of the realm of the dreaded DIAL-UP! I’m practically dancing on my toes!!!
I’m grateful for string cheese. When I need protein and don’t want meat or whatever, guess what gets my nod!
Today, I’m really just grateful. It’s been a good day and I surely can live with lots of that. God is good!
