No matter what else is going on in the world, the library is still the beating heart of a community. My Saturday event at Lacey Timberland Regional Library was a perfect example. Special thanks to Linda a Orca Books, the event bookseller.
Extra-sweet thanks to my publisher for the maple-licious treats. The gift basket winner was a birthday girl!
And thanks to readers everywhere for today–I woke up to the news that Family Tree is the #2 bestselling paperback in the country, #6 overall in adult fiction.
