Lovely flowers Susan. I am finally digging into the new book – The Summer Hideaway.
Oh this is a hard one to read, empathizing with Ross/Grandad, but, that is what makes you such a wonderful writer. You are able to tap into the emotions and bring us with you. The little connection to Eddie, the proposal and The Apple Tree Inn. Cute.
Loving the nod to the Hudson’s Bay blanket. We Canadians love our HBC blankets. I am lucky enough to have two, the original and a pink blanket.
Love your choice of words, especially George’s language and his mannerisms. Cheers, Susan, wonderful story.
(PS: new email address, same old me.)
