Barkis has the right of it. Sleep off the heat. That’s what my two dogs are doing. Or rather, Nova, my Doberman, is doing. Asterisk, the Boxer pup, is just full of energy, even in the heat. I bought her a kiddie wading pool and she spends a lot of time in it, either lying in the water with her chin resting on the edge, or bobbing for leaves that fall into the pool.
Barkis is adorable. That is some cell phone to take pics like that. Says me, probably the last human on earth without a cell phone.
